In the past, bakers have used cassava flour at certain percentages alongside with wheat flour. None has really used cassava flour at 100% in the making of bread and other pastries.
The good news is that our research team have unraveled something that will not only help the bakery industries reduce production costs tremendously but will also bring to an end their inability to readily access wheat flour even with high prices.
Doughnuts is a delicacy which is enjoyed not only in Ghana but in many parts of the world.
This is the second product to be made at 100% using cassava flour after the cassava chips.
